Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed every room at Zunox is designed to feel like home.CANCELLATION POLICY At **Zunox Guest House**, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest safety. Every bedroom is thoroughly cleaned between guest stays, and frequently touched surfaces in public areas are sanitised regularly throughout the day. Soap and hand sanitiser are also available for guests to use. 1 ROOM BOOKINGS **Reservation Confirmation** Please note that a room reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. **Cancellations and Refunds** - **Standard Cancellations:** If you are unable to honour your reservation, an administrative and cancellation fee of up to **US$50 per booking** may apply. - **Cancellations on the Day of Arrival:** If you cancel your reservation on the day of arrival, the **full cost of your stay will be charged**, and no refund will be issued. - **Bookings Paid by Deposit:** For reservations where full payment has not been made in advance, but a deposit has been paid, a non-refundable cancellation fee of **$50 per room** will apply. We kindly encourage guests to notify us as early as possible if their travel plans change.  2. EVENT BOOKINGS Advance payment is required for our special event packages, including weddings and other private functions. To enquire about or arrange an event booking, please contact us by email at **zunoxforever@gmail.com** or by telephone on **+232 75 459244**. or +23277379390 Our event booking process is as follows: - **Initial Booking:** Contact us to discuss your event requirements and make a provisional booking. - **Payment Reminder:** We will contact you one month(seven day if the event date is closer to the booking date) before the scheduled event to arrange full payment. - **Cancellation Policy:** If you cancel after the full payment has been made, no refund will be issued. We recommend confirming your event arrangements as early as possible to ensure availability.  3. GROUP BOOKINGS For group reservations involving **three or more rooms**, a minimum of **21 days' notice** is required for cancellations. Please contact our team directly if you need to amend or cancel a group reservation. 4. NEED ASSISTANCE?
