Zunox Guest House stands on 30 Femi Turner Drive — a street named after the man who built this very house. Femi Turner was a remarkable soul, known throughout Goderich for his extraordinary generosity and his deep love of people. He opened his doors to strangers without hesitation, offering warmth, food, and shelter to anyone who needed it, regardless of their background or circumstances.
But Femi Turner's generosity went far beyond a warm welcome. He believed that a helping hand should lift people up for good — so he gave opportunities, not just kindness. He created jobs for those who were struggling, offering employment and a sense of purpose to people from all walks of life who might otherwise have had nowhere to turn. To many, he was not just a host — he was a lifeline.
After Femi Turner's passing, his family chose to honour his legacy in the most fitting way possible — by continuing what he started. They opened the house to visitors from near and far, transforming his beloved home into a guesthouse that carries his spirit forward. Every guest who walks through our doors is treated as a very important person.
