CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cleaning standards are high. We are continuing our efforts to ensure ZUNOX GUEST HOUSE  is at the highest standards of cleanliness. Every bedroom receives a deep clean between each staying visitor. All touch points in all public areas are being sanitised frequently throughout the day.  Soap and hand sanitizer gel are available for guests to use.

ROOM BOOKINGS

Please note we can only reserve a room for you ONLY on receipt of payment.  If you have a room booking at ZUNOX GUEST HOUSE and you’re unable to come, for whatever reason, you can cancel free of charge as long as you telephone us, and get a cancellation CODE by 2pm the day before arrival. If you don’t contact us until after 2pm on the day before your planned arrival day, you will be charged HALF of your stay.
